Warranty Policy.
IDOLCAM is warranted for 2 years free of defects under normal use. Damages caused by drops, crashes, accidents and water damage are not covered by warranty.
We do support accidental repair service at the cost of parts only.

Customers have 30 days to inspect IDOLCAM and products upon receiving.
***Custom IDOLCAM with Gold Plated Name Tags installed are not refundable due to the fact, the unit can't not be resell.***
Customers have to contact us at (Support (at) IDOLCAM.com) and try to remedy any issues first. If issues can't not be resolve, we will provide a RMA number for the return, exchange or refund.
The product need to be returned in new condition and not show any sign of wear and tear, otherwise a refund may not be honored, or only a partial refund at IDOLCAM's discretion.
